Kyra Szumecz: I am so happy about my service. I went to the back & talked to someone who really knew their stuff. I dropped off my Yamaha flute that I've had since 2013. It was in storage for 5 years untill I recently picked it back up in college. In class for the past few weeks I felt horrible that I couldn't reach the notes I wanted on command. I had to practice songs multiple times untill I found a sweet spot. For a while I lost my confidence, feeling like I was a horrible musician, but granted I am making progress relearning everything. So long story short, I got it serviced, happily in the process my wallet wasn't obliterated. I just got it back today, and I'm so happy to hear what I want to hear. I'm no longer wishing in my head what I want to hear, but I'm finally producing it myself and it makes me so proud. Now I needa relearn my ambasure because now I'm hitting things to harshly because I went so long trying so hard haha. Thank you Mr Wood, I appreciate your knowledge and help so much.

Albert Douglas: I’ve known Dana Tapp since the 70s but only from a distance until playing music with him in Nevada several years ago but his reputation has always been great! I buy all my horns and guitars from Tapp’s Music which will be three guitars since November when I pick up the Fender Coronado this week! Dana Tapp gives great deals and that’s why I keep coming back to Tapp’s. I highly recommend Tapp’s Music🎹🎼🎸🎺🎤🎷

WHYAREYOUPUSHINGONA: Very cool. You can buy guitars, keyboards, and drums, and more but I haven't seen everything. You can also get lessons for those instruments I just named and I think vocal lessons as well. One thing I don't like is that when you get lessons sometimes they don't tell you that they changed the lessons and you go and they tell you about the make up lessons which are an hour

We've purchased a few instruments and musical gadgets from different guitar center locations and we have always had such a good experience however this particular location is the best one, there's plenty of parking and as a customer they make you feel exceptionalIt is nearly impossible to find excellent customer service now a days which also comes along with knowledge and kindness. We're definitely coming back and we recommend it ❤️
