Chanel W: Amazing, every time. Little mom and pop shop, they will take care of you. They have several bolts of fabric especially cotton but they have other kinds like flannel too. Best selection on thread and esp serger thread. Also has every kind of interfacing you need. Need help on a project? Sue's got you covered. Need help on your machine? Sue and Matt can both help, but Matt usually does it since Sue is so busy. Helped me immensely on a project involving 60 napkins for a baby shower.

M: Went in wanting a band on my vacuum changed because my vacuum wasn’t turning. Well it turned out I just had it on the wrong setting! The fix was free and I was even helped to screw the bottom of my vacuum back on. You just can’t beat a helpful service repair man. He could have totally said leave it with me and taken advantage. 10/10 recommend this shop! Honestly and integrity in business is so rare, today was just a blessing.

gladys moran: I have an older model Kirby vacuum for my shop. While using it the transmission got loose thinking I could just put it back together. As I took it apart like 20 small pieces came out. I took it to Drews shop and got it fixed the next day. At the same time he did some maintenance on it. My vacuum is working great! Good customer service and reasonable prices.

We need more people like these two individuals in all retail stores.It takes a few days to get our vacuum serviced, but it works great afterwards. They even offer a loaner vacuum too.Overall a wonderful business.

Kathleen Peddell: , & never made me feel like I did something wrong to cause the issue. I've always been leary of businesses guarantees, because I've had experiences, esp as a single mother, and as a woman, where I've felt that ppl were trying to take advantage of the situation and my lack of knowledge in their field, and tried to charge me for something, even though their product is under warranty, by claiming it was my negligence that caused the issue, therefor its not their problem to fix. HOWEVER, THANFULLY THIS HAS NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE WITH ARROW OR NICK. NIck comes to the house, quickly fixes the issue, and when he leaves I've paid NOTHING out of pocket. THAT IS RARE IN TODAYS WORLD. I'm THANKFUL that this business is an honest business, and so is Nick, and although I have had an issue one time with each of the appliances, Nick fixes them quickly and efficiently. He is truly a huge asset to Arrow. Thanks Arrow & thanks Nick! Now I'm off to wash & dry some clothes! LOL!
Jessica Gonzalez: My washer went out today and needed to find one asap ! I found arrow appliances on google and I’m not disappointed. I went in they had a wide variety of washers with very reasonable prices , employees are very helpful and friendly . David was the one to help me and give me great information about the products . I walked out with a washer less than a hour ! And they did a trade in for my old washer btw this was my first time ever going there . Took it home works like a charm plus their warranty is 6months !

Nick came out and fixed both appliances the same day. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be a forever customer.
