Laurie Raiman: The dog ate my couch. Granted it was a pillow and a cushion, but ripped and shredded. I love this sectional sofa. Not after what my dog did, but couldn't imagine not having it any more. I chose Bob's Upholstry in Lancaster based upon yelp reviews only. I am SO happy with the results! The workmanship was superb. He had it ready really fast. I honestly can not tell it was ever damaged. It looks brand new. Thank you YELP, I would have never known to go here.

Tim Elliott: had broken off and of course, I wanted the panels put back on. I was informed by another source that I would have to replace them at a cost of $125.00 each. However, when I brought my Traverse to Santos he took one look at it and said “ I can fix that.” After dropping my Traverse off the following day and 4 hrs later, I found the panels to be securely in place. I was very pleased…he definitely “know his upholstery” business. The repair cost much less than having the panels replaced. He and his son were very pleasant and gave me the assurance that the issue was truly fixed. I would definitely recommend Santos for your vehicle or boat upholstery needs.

Amanda Sutliff: Was looking to get the pockets fixed that are behind my driver seat and passenger seat . They had a 2 inch rip on the tops of both sides of both pockets, also my driver seat was coming unraveled . I Found Santos Upholstery on line and decided to give them a call due to great reviews. No regrets!! They told me to come on down to get a quote. It was fixed same day and it only took 3 hrs. they did an amazing job very clean looks like new . Great service and very nice and reasonable pricing. Will deffinetly use them again for any repair and will also recommend them . Oh and they also noticed that the foam in my driver seat was worn out and wasnt in the right place so they fixed it and put some new foam in as well . I noticed the seat was worn out but didn't think much . I'm very thankful that they were so kind to fix that when they saw it . Sweet little throw in .
Kevin Wood: Don't expect anything but amazing work from Santos. I dropped off the seat from my Harley late morning and it was done by 5 pm same day. I couldn't believe it was the same seat. The stitches are tight and even, the vinyl used is top quality marine vinyl. He even took the time before hand to go through different shades of white to make sure I was getting what I imagined in my head. Best shop in so cal.

We looked at new furniture and the same quality would cost three to four thousand dollars. So, we contacted Act II. We couldn't be happier with their work! They do superb work and the reupholstered furniture looks amazing! We love it and it matches, or is even better than the original.
Maritza Gonzalez: I had my dining chairs reupholstered since the material on the chairs was a woven type of material which is not kid friendly. They recommended a vinyl which is easy to clean and still looks beautiful at the same time. Til this day my chairs are what they said easy to clean and still look brand new! Their work takes time and a lot of labor so be patient and you will love the end result. Highly recommended

Alejandra Gonzalez: The white chairs are from a person that left a bad review on here and the work was beautifully made but needed time because of the craftsmanship it needed especially since the fabric was original vintage material and special orders had to be made. The other chair of the white couch was a couch made for a very content costumer. This business has been around for about 25 years and i think if this was really a bad place then it would have been closed down by now. Putting this info out to show that good work comes out of good people who work hard to please their customers.

They do just a great job they have great quality work I took my couch and they did a great Job and I got it back exactly when they told me I would have it.
