Decided "Cold Stones" Walked in and was greeted by "AARI" She had The Best "Customer Service" She was Excellent at what she does. She made It So "Delicious" So "Fast" "AARI" Deserves a "Promotion" She made sure I was A "Happy Returning Customer" I should open a "Franchise" And Give it to her, "AARI" Definitely Knows What To Do With The "Ice Cream" Thanks "AARI" It's A Must To "Give Credit Where It's Due" Good Job "AARI !!!!!" Jeanine Abdul-Jabbaar: Shan,I ordered a triple pint German Chocolate cake ice cream with extra brownies and extra pecans. Sadly, when I began eating, I discovered there were no extra pecans- no pecans at all. I called the store and was told by Maya there were no pecans and I should havereceived a call from the person who was making it from an Ubereats order. I informed her I did not receive a call. She further stated they had walnuts, which I responded I would gladly have accepted walnuts as substitution had I been contacted about the pecans. As an attempt to rectify that, Maya resolved the matter by offering to make another one with the walnuts. This happened yesterday. My husband picked up that replacement today. So happy with Mays. Oh, I omitted that when she answered the phone yesterday, her demeanor was so extremely friendly and bubbly that I couldn't even get angry because she diffused the issue before I got started. That was a skill I truly appreciated.
