jeff buentiempo: Dealership is great but their paintless dent repair guy is a hack. Bought a certified car and it had a couple of dents that their guy was going to fix and this is the quote from my 8 year old daughter. Dad he made the dents look worse than before. I’m not here to clown the guy but this isn’t the kind of work I would want to stand behind. You’re only as good as your last dent brother and what you did on the wife’s car is a pizza pie. No good. And drilling a hole when you could have pulled the panel back.

Guy Incogneto: If you get an oil change, before you leave their lot, pop the hood and confirm that your oil cap is in fact IN place......mine was not. Seems rather simple, doesn't it? Makes me a tad skeptical of anything a little more complicated being done there.The next day they took my car back and cleaned up their mess, so kudos for that.......but still check those oil caps.
