Amanda Dionne: I had the most amazing experience with Karla and Jerry Diaz. This was my first experience with reiki and I was skeptical and unsure of what to expect. I scheduled a couples appointment for my husband and I. We desperately needed some inner healing so we could start to open up to each other again and begin to heal our marriage as well. When we arrived we were greeted with such care and kindness that I instantly felt comfortable and open minded. Karla explained the process and away we went! This experience was life changing to say the least. My husband and I feel 1000 lbs lighter and have hope for the first time in a long time! Mz Pc: It was my first time there and I loved it. You do have a sauna room all to yourself unless you come with a friend or partner there is one for two, and the salt room, is to relax and lay back. Also if you are wondering what to wear in the salt room just be comfortable, I did look it up because I was not sure, I just wore a sundress and you cannot wear shoes in the salt room, but they do have booties for you, and they provide a locker for your personals, I hope this answers any questions you may have.

Marlena: Heat& Halo is a one of a kind experience. The LED sauna and salt rooms are amazing. The aroma therapy is refreshing. It's relaxing and energizing at the same time. You'll leave feeling clearer and lighter. In today's hustle and bustle.... Everyone needs this at least once a month to clean out the impurities.

Tiffany Nahabedian: Such a special gem in the AV! They have so many different and handmade items that make the perfect gift for your loved ones. It’s SUPER clean in the saunas and beautiful salt rooms! The staff were welcoming, friendly and are ready to answer any questions. The owner did a great job in creating such a peaceful atmosphere while promoting overall health and wellness for everyone. If you haven’t experienced the benefits of a sauna or salt room session yet, going to Heat and Halo just once is all it takes to get hooked!
Ashley Westfall: Very nice place. Staff is very helpful and friendly and if you want a great sauna experience, this place is it. Personal sauna room, desired scents and lighting, and a monitor for pandora or Netflix while you sweat it out. Nice and clean. Will be coming back.
Aaron Stickel: This was my first time at a sauna and a salt room, so I didn't really know what to expect. But, when I walked in, the setup, decor, and vibe was perfect! They did an excellent job putting their space together and the sauna/salt combo was very relaxing!
nicole mahood: I so look forward to my weekly sweat and salt!! Sauna is so relaxing and salt room really helps with my asthma and makes your skin super soft. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Every thing is very clean and organized.They also sell hand made candles, CBD products, crystals, and jewelry. Love this place!!

I really love knowing there is such a tranquil environment that I can run too anytime I need to escape. I recently noticed they started to sell salt body scrubs and was excited to try one.
