Ashley: Tom was super helpful. We needed something specific, and he HEARD that. He didn't try to sell us something different. He knew exactly what he was in stock and what he had coming in. He was extremely efficient in letting us tour the few rvs he had that would fit. Highly recommend if you don't want a stressful, high sales driven rv lot.

Andrew Ulrich: Had a brake controller issue with my truck so i took it over the desert trailer and hitch. They figured out the problem right away and the following day got my new controller installed and working properly. Highly recommend them they were better priced and better service then the last place i had install my brake controller.Services:Electrical,Brakes

Bud Horn: John and his team were amazing. Our trailer axel bracket on our 5th wheel snapped while on the road. We called around and landed with John at Desert. He was able to squeeze us in same day. I was able to rig up the axle to make it safe to drive and made the 20mile drive. They made a new bracket and re-inforced it. I am really confident in the repair and the cost was right on point. Will def go back for all my RV work

Lauralyn Kontis: Very eager to be of assistance. Excellent service. We were about to leave on vacation and found that the right turn signal and brake light were not working on our 5th wheel. Valerie Brannon: We needed to have warranty work completed on our 2022 Lance truck camper.The service technician was able to quickly troubleshoot the problems and make the repairs; he solved the concerns that we had. At the end of each day he explained the work he had done, answered any questions we had, and then brought our camper back out into the parking lot so we would be able to stay in it, saving us expensive hotel fees. The service writer listened carefully and reviewed each of the items on the list with us to be sure we hadn't missed anything. Throughout the two days of service she kept in contact via email so we would know the status. The Lance Service Department provided us with outstanding customer service.

Bob Knipps: Made an appointment 4 months in advance but when we took our trailer in it took 12 days to write the work order and ultimately took 62 days to complete repairs. It's difficult to contact Lance by phone. However, we'll take it back again if necessary because we Love our Lance 2285 and believe the manufacturer is better than the dealers, certainly the ones we've been to.
