Melissa Carroll: We were customers of the Mojave branch that closed. The Lancaster branch is very friendly, helpful, and Professional beyond measure are the tellers. The bank is very impressive in customer service Lancaster is lucky to have a branch in their city

Most importantly, as a primarily business bank, Mission Bank is focused on the efficiency and daily operations of its customers, is sensitive to a business' cash availability needs, and does not place unnecessary or excessive holds on checks. Common sense clearly is valued here. I highly recommend Mission Bank to any business owner, professional, or consumer who is tired of the cold, corporate, faceless, nameless, robots and algorithms that make decisions at other banks.
