Bridget Knight: I’m so very appreciative for Burns Pharmacy. Every time I have to request prescriptions, rather refills or if a Representative from Burns Pharmacy have to contact the prescribing Physician, the order gets done. Not only does it get done, it’s done in a great timely manner. Also, if the prescriptions are faxed to Burns Pharmacy, they are on it right away. I love the fact that when I have to pick up my order, it’s calm and not crowded. Though it’s not a “HUGE” commercial pharmacy, Burns Pharmacy and all the staff members make you feel like you are a part of the Burns Family. Kam Parkin: This pharmacy employs some of the best technicians I’ve been helped by. They will go to bat for you and they do everything possible to achieve the impossible when it comes to medical red tape. I am on a medication that I can’t live without, but the manufacturer stopped supplying my particular dosage tablet, several staff in the pharmacy worked with my doctor, myself and other pharmacies to ensure they could find a way.
