Timothy Kacer: I'm not sure why this facility has such a low review. I went in for an MRI on my leg, and everything was as expected.

Kristin Dominic: The tech that brought me back for my semi open MRI was super nice. He was wearing a Billabong hoodie and he made me feel super comfy. I'm not claustrophobic but it was nice. And then the tech was different when I was done and he helped me get up as my back had tightened up while I was in the MRI. So you've got great employees there.

Hope: When we arrived at the facility for my appointment this morning the young lady Abbie was the only one there, even though she had a long line she had a positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond. Unfortunately my appointment was not scheduled for another week, yet this young lady tried so hard to get me seen today, she took the time to make me feel like I mattered. I decided to just keep my appointment and allow her to move on. Very sweet and pleasant young lady to work with, looking forward to returning the day of my appointment and working with her. Unsure why she was alone though, but her attitude never changed.

marisela chavez: I came in over the weekend with my mom to get an MRI and the young lady, Flor, at the front was so helpful and caring. My mom is very claustrophobic and she explained to my mom the exam and somehow calmed her down and was able to complete her MRI.

Lunasusu U: and due to the odd position of tumor she was unable to remove it. She left without updating us. A neuphrolgy doctor that we had never meet updated us but did not explain anything. He was not contracted with city of hope but through the hospital. Her stay there was a nightmare. Dr wittig never came to see her as promised. We got through the stay but my mom was put into hospice and died 3 weeks later. My point is I hope that city of hope gets their own hospital because A.V. is terrible. Dr wetting is a good surgeon but doesnt communicate well all the time. And I feel that because she is a top doctor in her field...she needs a better schedule for emergencies. Everyone at the clinic was always nice. Kind and helpful...especially the urology staff.

Roger Durtschi: Very kind and patient receptionists, nurses and staff. When I'm sick, it can be difficult, but the friendly employees make the experience easier to deal with. Dr. Hannoun's skills are rock-solid and he has a terrific bed-side manner.

Vikki Paul: I am so lucky that Dr. Trisal assisted in my hysterectomy surgery two and a half years ago! He is absolutely the best! He came in to my room to talk with me after surgery and he really took the time to find out how I was doing and answer any questions I had! He also told me I could call him with any more questions I might have! He explained things which really put me at ease since I had complications from surgery and had to be hospitalized a second time due to complications. We are so lucky to have Dr. Trisal here in the Antelope Valley!
