Margaret Buckles: We have been with Ace 1 for 30 years and never any problems. We have had to have some repairs on our tank and Drew came out as soon as he could within hours. We own our tank so we can go with whatever propane company we want. We have stayed with Ace 1 because of the regular service, we never have to call. The most useful idea i can give is to buy your own tank do not rent it from anyone. Then you can change propane companies more easily without added cost etc.

When it isn't too cold, they're scheduled deliveries are always on point. For what it's worth, we've never had a problem.
