She has helped our son start saying words and has help us by giving pointers to help our son. One of my concerns was that before he even started speech therapy , here at home we are trying to teach him Spanish , so when small talk call me to schedule him I asked if the had a bilingual speech therapist and lucky the did. Ms. Erica you are awesome and you have help us a lot. Thank you 😊

Sundrina Cottrell: Our son has been getting different therapies since he was 18 months old. He's 8 now and currently in jujitsu and just finished social skills has Occupational Therapy at Small Talk Therapy. It's actually his favorite thing. Even though he LOVES jujitsu soooooo much, he said he would add 3 more days of OT if he could. I'm sure it has everything to do with Miss Leanna his AMAZING therapist! From what I can see all the therapists are top notch. It always smells good with a great vibe and excellent staff. They are easy to get ahold of, proffesional to work with, and helpful when it comes to understanding what the insurance is requireing. It's nice to know that the AV has such quality care right here in town.

When I called to make an appointment or to cancel and reschedule that appointment it was done with ease and they always did their best to accomadate me. I enjoyed going into the office, their friendliness allways made me feel welcomed. I started my sessions with Albert and finished out my therapy with Tim. I'm that type of patient that wants to know the "why" and both these men answered all my questions. From the start I was given exercises to do at home and more advanced ones towards the end of my therapy. When you go to physical therapy chances are you may have to experience some discomfort, it's part of the process. What is important to remember is that you will be in the hands of two very experienced therypist who are keenly aware of that fact. I found that they are compassionate and humor and smiles goes a long way. I'm 95% to the good, that rusty nail from my hip to my knee is gone, pain free and so happy. I highly recommend Kinetix.

I thought that this job was going to be for me, I did my best but things happen for a reason. I am grateful that I was at least given a chance. If I could have done anything differently I just would have stood up for myself more. I had someone teaching me. I know I am someone who makes mistakes a lot, but I also have potential. I just didn’t like how she spoke to me sometimes and I felt she had a condescending tone, or maybe she was just trying to help and that is just her personality. I wish I had said something.
