At that point they already have your money, and they know that very few want to go through that shopping experience again, at another store. How long does it take to get fully refunded on a debit or credit card? Typically 5-7 days. It's best to wait for the delivery truck, and they know it.

Shianne Enge: I'm in love with our new bed set we purchased through Frank. I purchased my couches from him a few years back and the cushions are still fluffy after 4 kids and 3 dogs. We paid a little extra this time to have him and his wife assemble the furniture and it only took them a few minutes to have the pieces together when they delivered it. David “Loco Dave” Des Autels: Made a random stop, hoping too support a smaller furniture store , that was a mom and pop style. I was super impressed by the quality and selection , I decided I'd buy a piece of furniture, I was able to locate something wonderful. I asked about custom order of something, the store gave me a few catalog selections based on what I did like in the store. I placed my order, put half of cost as down payment, my order arrived fairly quicklyquickly, a few days. They called and notified when ready for pickup , even put the furniture together for me. So incredible. When i arrived too pay remaining balance owed, they loaded my furniture for me. Was such a incredible and awesome experience.

Billy Inglett: Don't waste your time at premium furniture next door, they charge more for delivery and everything else. I was in a time crunch and needed a bed and couch towards the end of the day and Ross went above and beyond to help me. If I had all the cash at the time, they would have delivered in right then, instead they let me borrow a twin mattress for the night. They even tied it to the top of my car for me. They gave me a discount for paying cash and the next day they delivered and also helped me with some other furniture that I didn't buy from them. Excellent customer service the whole way. Premium barely spent time with me and they had a annoying program they made you sign in to. If your able to wait a week, you can order some very nice furniture from their catalogs that comes from warehouses in LA

Gloria Jaime Olvera: I really like the furniture that I bought here.I bought two 7- drawer Tall dressers, the quality is very good and the owner makes the furniture. The owner and his wife’s were very nice, they were able to deliver the next day. I definitely recommend they also customize furniture. It was also budget friendly in my opinion I was furniture shopping around and this was definitely one of the places that were on the more budget friendly side.

As for myself, I ordered a king size poster bed, two night stands, and a tall 9 drawer dresser, great quality and real wood. It’s been 2+ years since my purchase and they are in great condition. I always recommend this place when asked if I know any good places to buy furniture.
