Shelley FrisbieBickel: It would have been 5 stars but the lady that works there was just very rude and talked to me as if I was dirt.I called there twice that she answered and both times she was like this.Then when I told her that the attorney told me to call back in 30 minutes she told me I needed to tell her why I needed to talk to the attorney.I was like what? She got loud and started saying the same thing over and over.I finally hung up.She is not happy about something.Our Attorney Joezen was very nice and did an awesome job . We got no eviction on our record and owed no back rent and we got paid our security back and then some. Also Kent was so helpful he was awesome I asked so many question but he patiently answered all of them thank you Kent!!
