I have to begin by saying that John's staff weren't people he "employed," he treated them as family and everyone we encountered worked well with each other. That dynamic helped to make our remodel smooth and pleasant. John's designer was marvelous to work with. She had an intuitive grasp on my design aesthetic and always let me bounce ideas off of her while keeping me grounded, realistic and most importantly on budget! In addition, she made sure to see things from all angles, thinking and suggesting things that I never would have on my own. As a result, our kitchen and pantry are not only beautiful but extremely efficient and functional. Andria Witmer: John was at our house in a day to do the free estimate on a deck demolition and rebuild. His estimate was way below the other estimate we had. It was a quality job that was done in four days. He also gave us suggestions on how we could make other improvements. We will be having him back to do more work on the house.

Kevin Altobelli: I hired Lance to install an in-the-wall dog door. He responded to my voicemail within a few hours and was able to schedule an appointment within a few weeks. He arrived on time and took his time to prep the area to ensure there’d be as little mess as possible. He went over various options and possibilities as to where it should be installed. Once we decided on the final spot he took care of business. He payed attention to details and never rushed a single aspect of the project. Once the door was installed, he patched up the drywall, sprayed it with texture, and sealed both sides of the dog door. Lastly, he throughly cleaned up after himself and then some. Overall I thought his pricing was fair and work was superb. Very happy.

Not being familiar with building trades in this area, Lorenzo was an absolute godsend- steering us toward appropriate contractors and tradespeople when necessary,-all of whom worked out phenomenally well. Lorenzo and his team are a joy to work with, helping us achieve the house of our dreams. Their design ideas and suggestions were always spot-on and they listened to our thoughts attentively. Our kitchen was carefully and thoughtfully laid out and functions beautifully. Our bathrooms likewise were re-deigned and also turned out looking gorgeous.We could not possibly be more pleased with them and there simply are not enough stars available to rate them appropriately....
