Elinore Berkley: Everyone there was very nice. A bit crowded. I wonder what gives with the people in the 100K BMW at the welfare office next door. I noticed they parked down the way. There is a special place in Hell for those type of freeloaders.

Dena James Cummins: The process to speak to a worker is somewhat disorganized. Also, the workers stand at door of waiting room, which is extremely loud, and they call you from the door without any type of microphone. Then when you don't hear them they skip you and go to next person. You are then recalled whenever. The employees are ,for the most part, excellent.
