ScSnow156: Conveniently located near the 14 Higjway. There is a nice Sushi restaurant in the same parking lot. The rooms are nice some with a small kitchenette. Also the added breakfast is nice as well.The staff is really seemingly genuinely pleased to see you. Lol.... I realize that sounds funny. But when you're greeted the convo isn't just small talk but what I encountered is folks just being real and not the typical hotel/motel bla bla bla. We were here for quite a few days though so we did get to know them.Anyway, there is a pool that is small but does the job. Comfortable bedding. Bathrooms are spacious.It's a safe bet staying here. Would stay anytime / everything of we had a need to

Ana Simpson: , the laundry was clean and had plenty of machines, we didn't get to use it but the BBQ area was a nice amenity, and of course the hot breakfast was the Chery on top! Strongly recommend this property for families, business travelers, or if you are making a quick visit to town. We will definitely come back!

Forgot my suit so no swimming in the indoor pool for me. My room was a perfect size, King bed, desk with plenty of outlets and wifi was on point. Would definitely come here again.Rooms: My room had a King size bed, plenty of room, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Very large restroom and walk in shower.Nearby activities: Underground Bowling alley was a short Uber drive away.Safety: Well lit parking lot and felt safe at the hotel coming solo.

T “Money” Young: The front desk clerk was very pleasant, thorough, and accommodating beginning with our last minute reservation inquiry calls, the late check in, to our extended late checkout the next morning/afternoon. It was worth the discounted price given as we checked in. I felt satisfied with the all around experience and interaction. I would definitely stay again, and certainly refer friends or family.

N AN: Great service at the front desk. I left a camera in my room and to my surprise it was held and given back to me. Very trustworthy staff. It was not a cheap camera either. Thank you again Lancaster /Palmdale staff both afternoon / evening and morning as well.

Mike Scaviola: . Parking situation is also a little weird. Get a spot out front if you can - the angled spots on the boulevard do allow overnight parking. Otherwise you have to park all the way around back and if checking in, it's not easy to get around front from there.

James Chou: Residence Inn exceeded our expectations. Unlike other hotels in the area that are mostly situated right off the freeway exit, Residence Inn is in a bustling section of the Lancaster area. Lots of food options, museum and also farmer's market! Our room included a small kitchen with a dishwasher. Unbelievable. We like to stay closer to the exit at the back end, because is easier to get to our cars, and I'm noticing their common areas out, are getting messy. ..Not sure if it's because the wind or do to neglect but other than that, we been very happy with our stay.
