Deisy Ferrer: Feeling Peace, Harmony and fraternity was what made me come to this place, they listen to me and take care of me, they work systematically solving any problem in the shortest possible time, in the office everyone has a very good way of dealing and the staff Maintenance is very good, I am really delighted with everyone, I think it is worth a lot to have a manager with the ability to understand and do what is right for good enjoyment, everything is very clean and very organized, I recommend "The Spring apartment" to everyone with the same security as if it were my own house !! I got approved in 2 days and got my keys on the 3rd day !!! I’m so so happy with my overall experience, everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. They helped take that extra weight off of me and found me a home. I love it here, such a nice area! It’s quiet, it’s family friendly, I’m beyond grateful! I plan on staying here for a while. Thomas Leonard: As a resident of The Springs for nearly 5 years, I've seen nothing but improvements to this property. It is gated, and there is a security patrol throughout the day and night. The management team and office staff are very knowledgeable and courteous, and Jack runs a very responsive maintenance team. The grounds and parking areas are always kept clean and tidy. I highly recommend The Springs to anyone who is seeking a quiet, centrally-located, and safe environment for themselves, their pets, and their family.

But we change management often.I hope that whatever the parent company chooses to do, that they promote the members of the maintenance team to spread their influence to other properties. Tom Leonard: As a 3+ year resident, I have seen nothing but improvements here with each passing year. The complex itself is conveniently located right between Avenue J and Avenue K - very close to shopping and the AV Hospital medical complex. The Ave J8 to 14 South on-ramp is literally 2 minutes away! Jack and the maintenance team are top-notch, and the office staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are very pet-friendly, and residents actually seem to clean up after their pets! The pool area looks great, and it is seemingly well maintained. The complex is gated, and security patrols are constant throughout the night. I highly recommend The Springs Apartments!

Andy Lunique: Honestly the staff does their best but like most places poor residents made it bad. The office team does their best, the maintenance team is the best I have ever seen in over ten apartments. They can't fix some of the people who live there. Like the dude with the luxury car by the gate who is clearly compensating for something because he can't seem to park it in the space correctly and leaves it sticking out enough so everyone can see. Or maybe it's the total "dudes" who seem to think it's ok to smoke weed in their apartment all day but clearly they have nothing better to do.Like I said - the staff is working with what they got but this place deals with a classic case of people suck.
