Quest 2 Recovery: what do users think?

Samantha Stribling: The facility is very nice, the staff is very caring and want you to succeed!! Unfortunately they were short staffed while I was there, but my teachings were not jeopardized. They say you see one of the Doctors once a week but I had only seen her twice for therapy while I was there. The only real complaint I had was that the kitchen staff didn’t really accommodate my dietary needs. The way they accommodated me was just fixing me a sandwich not an actual meal for lunch or dinner. I’m really glad I went to Quest I couldn’t have gotten sober without them!! Thank you ❤️

Robert Webb: Quest provided me with the opportunity to stop with the life I could no longer understand. It gave me the tools to set forth on a new trajectory to reclaim a positive life that all human beings deserve. I’m forever grateful for the staff and peers that made my experience a moment in my I shall never forget.

Megan Dealbert: I can’t possibly say enough about quest. A little over 3 months ago, I was completely broken and lost. The moment I stepped into quest I felt immediate safety and relief. I learned so much about myself and addiction with the help of the AMAZINNNGG staff and others around me. Emphasis on staff, because this job or experience is not easy and they made our time there so great. The best decision I’ve made was to start my recovery journey here, so grateful for everyone involved 🖤🖤🖤🖤

Terrance E Brown Battle (Terry): Quest 2 Recovery is a great place if you have trouble with drugs, alcohol or mental health. The staff is great and knowledgeable on all aspects of drugs, alcohol and mental health. I would recommend Quest 2 Recovery to anyone with these problems and more. Give them a try, They won't let you down. This is coming from someone who's been there.

Erin Mitchell: Quest 2 Recovery is great. I flew out there and did not know what to expect, but the staff was very welcoming and helped me get acquainted with the facility and the 30 day program. They have so many great staff members that are truly there to help, and not just for a job. I don't think I would have successfully been able to make it 30 days always from my family if it wasn't for the great staff and the program they offer. Quest 2 Recovery truly helped me get sober and want to continue to stay sober. They also have a great alumni program so once my 30 days was over and I came back home I am still connected and have supports from them throughout the week. Overall Quest 2 Recovery is a great place, and I am thankful for all they have done to help me.

Caitlin Davis: Great place! Staff was amazing!! Jaime is the best therapist I’ve ever met. Really cares and listens. This place saved my life and gave me the tools and skills I needed to help me stay sober and live happy.

Deborah Dewitt: Before Quest 2 Recovery I felt my life was over...I knew I needed help and called the 800 number. Much to my amazement not only did they talk to me and try to get me to come in for help, but they never gave up on me and continued to reach out to see how I was. Of course I was reluctant and even canceled my first scheduled flight. But with their persistence and caring people I made the choice and flew to California from Charleston SC.This was the best decision I made and Quest saved my life. They gave me a reason to live again and never gave up on me.Their program and staff are by far the best! Of course I had my favorites but I couldn't have asked for a better team...I Luv and miss them muchThank you all for saving me!Deb DeWitt 😍

Shaun Lamb: . I will highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a addiction problem. SL

Ryan Day: Quest was a great place to go to at my lowest point. The staff and accommodations were all all great. On my way back!

Jennifer: When I got to Quest I was lost, I had tried several times to get clean and was unsuccessful. The accommodations were to my standard which allowed me to relax and focus on my recovery. They offer a variety of activities for self care. I found the curriculum to be educational, and enjoyed the guest speakers. The staff was amazing they would do anything with in reason to accommodate your needs, and genuinely cared. I’m thriving in my recovery and can’t thank Quest and the staff enough.Special shout-out to Brendan, James, Krystal, Candace, and AlexSincerely,Jennifer

Austin “austinlw2019” Leuschen: Hello my name is Austin I went to quest 2 recovery when I was at my lowest point. I was lost with no direction until I encountered quest 2 recovery online. They helped me back from the dead to life and help restore my life and begin to rebuild my relationships with my family! All the employees are seasoned professionals and well organized! All the employees are really nice that actually care and could relate to me. They have a chef that cooks 3 gourmet meals a day”she is awesome”. They also have case managers, therapist, counselors, psychiatrist you see once a week and so many more great people! I have been to 8 rehabs but this is by far the best one! They helped me understand that I’m an alcoholic an addict and all my physiological problems! I encourage anybody struggling or if you know somebody struggling with an addiction to make the first step and call this amazing recovery center!

Curt Steves: So this place kinda sorta saved my life. I kinda sorta owe them everything. They kinda sorta loved me before I started loving myself. I’m kidding everyone. If you truly want the help and surrender to your addiction. They will give you the tools guidance and therapy to bring you back to a clear conscious head space and if you put in the work yourself from what they give you the program will work for you. My favorite people are NORMAN, Krystal, crystal, Diana, Alexis, Alex!!, David, Herman, gaspar, Tammy ect. Basically all the staff and outside groups that came. Jennifer the yoga teacher, Arley who is AMAZING!! the personal trainer!!! Everyone who I forgot I’m sorry!! Love you all!!

Sam Herrick: It’s truly amazing what Quest 2 Recovery has done for me in only a matter of 30 days and essentially, my life. They are very informative and answered every question I had, both being at the facility and to do with my aftercare. They’re some of the most personable, gracious people I’ve ever met. They gave me the tools to use moving forward and I met lots of genuine people and had conversations with those people who wanted to listen and were readily willing to help and offer insight and wisdom that will stay with me forever. That particular staff and the month I stayed with them saved my life and for that, I am eternally grateful. People like Krystle, Alex, Stephanie, Diana, Derrick, David, Chelsea, Yvette, Crystal, Alexis, Lupe, Cherise, Tammy and the owners, Arman and Guspar make life seem possible even when you feel like giving up. Thank you to everyone at Quest 2 Recovery ❤️ I will never forget this experience.

Dom Tomao: Quest 2 Recovery is an amazing place. All of the staff are so wonderful. The grounds are very nice. They care about you and your recovery and they give you the tools and help you need to become sober and stay sober. They keep in touch with you after you have completed the program and are vested in you. I cannot rave about this place enough!!! You are worth it and they believe in you!

anya walther: they would go out their way to help and solve or reached out to those who knew what to do.From the start of detox, they watched over me with genuine care and well-being. I have never been to a rehab facility before, but now, if need be, I'd highly suggest this God sent of a place to anybody! Allow yourself the chance for a sober happy life. Quest has the resources for that and Staff who you will consider family afterwards. A huge big THANK YOU to Gaspar and the care team!

T V: I had a really great experience at Quest. From detox to every day care to meaningful groups and individual sessions. I really liked the homey feel of the houses and the small group atmosphere. I learned a lot in the 28 days I was at Quest and have continued to receive support from Quest. Staff helped me with setting up my IOP, therapists, Dr. Appointments, Alumni support and tools to navigate the outside world. I feel that the staff here truly cares. Many staff members can personally relate to what I’ve been going through. Learning that I’m not alone. So grateful for my time at Quest.

Design for Change Recovery: what do users think?

Steven Arceneaux: I had a great experience.I learn a lot about my Addiction and how to stay sober an being around good people who don't judged that way I was able to be open and honest that allow me to stay strong in my sobriety I want to sayl thank you to the staff there for being so helpful and a special thank you to Tiffany and Rudy for being so kind and understanding.

Marcus Davis: Design for Change absolutely saved my life.Prior to attending the program, I was diagnosed with severe manic depression as a result of the constant feelings of hopelessness and overall confinement within a self-sabotaging cycle of addiction that ultimately hindered the connections with the ones who love me the most. Today I can say with the utmost degree of confidence that I am currently the best version of myself as I continue to grow by utilizing the essential life-changing tools I obtained from Design For Change each and every day.The counselors are highly proficient in educating clients on the various aspects of addiction and by all means are vastly approachable to discuss treatment plans, relapse prevention procedures and much more. The bond amongst my peers is that of a diverse family that all come together as a closely integrated support system to accomplish one common goal, overcoming addiction. A special thank you to Adam, Tiffani, Rudy, and Nick who each played a vital role in my success within the program along with my recovery as a whole and my sincerest appreciation to Joseph for making it all possible. My remarkable experience at Design For Change was nothing short of a miracle and it too could be a life-transforming experience for you or a loved one as well.

Adam Lynch-Godde: I can not say enough about DFC, I have been to a few other programs and this one ,for me, set its self apart from the others. The knowledgeable staff, from the owners on down genuine care about you and your recovery. If you are willing to let them, they WILL help you. As of today 6/29 I am 5 months and 26 days sober and that would not be possible with out the wonderful people at DFC.

Andres Pacheco: I went to treatment on April and I am so grateful that I came to DFC, they helped me understand the root of my addiction and created a personalized program for me to follow. My counselors and techs were very helpful and understanding, the facility is very clean, organized and well keep. I would recommend DFC to anybody who is straggling with an addiction.

Connor Gallagher: I have been to several rehabilitation facilities over the course of my using career and none have been even remotely as effective as Design for Change. The staff here are knowledgeable, experienced, and most of all passionate. One of the most unique features of this recovery center is the fact that families are invited to participate in their loved ones' recoveries. There is a very tight-knit recovery community at DFC and it feels more like an extended family than anything. I highly recommend anybody actively in a substance use cycle to contact Design for Change right away. If even I can succeed here, you or your loved one can as well. Thanks to the involvement and support of Joe, Tiffani, Rudy, Adam, Nick, and others, I am making great progress towards gaining my life back and much, much more.

kennia agaton Ojeda: I will forever remain grateful for this Facility, the counselors there are very knowledgeable and professional, the staff makes you feel welcomed, and the fellowship that comes along with recovery here is unmatched. My original plan was to come here for 5 days to get detoxed and then go home but I stayed and completed the program and could not feel more confident in my recovery, the Counselors Adam and Tiffani specifically worked with me, made me feel comfortable and helped me create a more solid foundation for my recovery. If you’re contemplating asking for help do not hesitate to reach out to DFC, they can help save your life! They sure did for me

Eddie Rodriguez: An amazing program with great counselors and staff .

Daniel Checkwood: DFC is amazing! I have tried other methods of recovery, but having completed their program, I have never been more confident in my sobriety. Their staff and counseling team is stellar top to bottom. Joe and Tiffani specifically went out of their way to work with me one on one and create a more specialized experience that was unique to me. I felt cared for on a personal level in a way that I haven't felt anywhere else. Having said that, I am not special, and I know they would do that for anyone! I really can't say enough good things about this program. If you need help in your addiction, please reach out to DFC, you will NOT be disappointed. This facility truly changed my life, and if it worked for me it can work for you!

Ralph Weber: What an amazing place to begin my recovery! Very clean comfortable facility with a busy schedule of activities mixed with group sharing and an environment that fosters learning about addiction and the triggers that can lead to relapse. Caring counselors have life experience and willing share. I would highly recommend!

Rob I.: DFC is a great program that goes beyond detox, it's a complete approach to recovery. Includes physical activity, psychology, meditation and spirituality from a neutral perspective. The counselors are friendly, professional, understanding and people that can relate to clients, since they have recovered as well from an addiction. Special thanks to Adam, Nick, Rudy and Tiffani for making everyday an enjoyable experience, as well as Joseph, the founder, for his wisdom. DFC really saved my life and gave me insight about addiction and the tools to overcome it and change forever. God bless you all!
