They craned it to my roof without a hitch from a long distance. It was fully installed in 3 hours. We have been having an extended heat wave and suddenly the unit did not work. I called late on that day and the polite and safe technician was out by 9am the next day, The unit was fine, it just threw a safety switch, which was reset for free. Unknown reason, but I know when anything happens Econo will be there quick and cheap.

Andrew Tope: I am very impressed with this company. I met the owner when i repaired one of his work trucks at my work. I called his company to inquire about a new Condenser, evaporator, and heating unit. I was looking to find a unit that would cool my house faster and save money in the process. I was recommended two different units. One is a 14SEER and the other a 16SEER. I was given pros an cons on both. I was never pressured into buying a more expensive unit than I was looking for. I was really worried about being pressured into buying more than I needed and they did not do that to me. I called another HVAC company in town and I was quoted 3500 dollars more than JLC quoted me, and it was a 14SEER. So JLC was able to get me a 16SEER for 3500 less than a 14 from the competitor. They masked off my closet and hallway to keep dirt from shoes of my carpet and walls and were very nice to my wife who stayed home to let the workers into the house. The fan on the condenser is quiet and cools the house faster than my old unit. I am still waiting to see the energy savings but hope it can knock of 6 dollars per day.
