Andrea Gates: Dr. Castillo was amazing! I normally see Susan Nassar but I needed an appointment ASAP and Castillo was available. Wait time was under 15 mins, the Doctor took His tym listening to everything I had to say and addressed ALL my concerns and needs. I left with 5 specialty referrals regarding my Lupus etc and all new medications needed. The Nurses were kind and very professional. The front desk greeted me with professionalism and were very prompt on getting my paper work and Insurance info completed.

Kimberly Beardsley: My only complaint was about the person who makes appointments. My appointment time was sent to me via text. So I arrived on time and she said my appointment was 1 1/2 hours later. She could have cared less and was just rude . I have an hour drive there an and an hour back. Not so much as a “hey I’m so sorry for the time mix up.” Nothing….. but Dr. Nasser was very nice and professional.

The frontend staff needs to be a little bit more helpful.. when I asked a question, it was like if I was bothering them.. and when I called the office it was the same long hold time and I sensed a not so friendly attitude.. but i still gave them 5 stars because of the doctor

jon e: I found this clinic since it was near my home and decided to give it shot. They mostly consist of Physicals and STD testing. At first glance the clinic seemed a little small so i could tell its family orientated which is nice. The 2 assisstants were very charming and pleasant to talk too and very polite. I was seen in a reasonable time manner for a walkin with no appointment. Blood draw was smooth and easy and i was put into a room waiting for the doctor. I was seen by Denise and she was truly interested about me and if i had any questions during my visit, made me feel important knowing my health was a priority to her. I highly recommend this clinic for those in need of check up or treatment!

steve zee: Took about 90 minutes after the appointment to see Khan. He's great, fairly helpful but won't help you unless you speak up. You gotta let him know what you need otherwise you won't see him for another month or so. Glad he's accepting new patients at the time but this waiting period from county clinics is horrendously long.
