Amber Bell: I took Natalie's Permanent makeup course after I had taken a separate course elsewhere for microblading. Natalie showed me her techniques and has been extremely helpful in my journey of running my own PMU business. I will be furthering my education with her, because she knows what she's doing. I cannot express how grateful I am for her expertise and knowledge. She's not an instructor that gives you only the basics, she shares all her knowledge with you, including different microblading patterns, color theory, machine and needle theory. She holds nothing back. I appreciate her mentorship more than I can ever express. She's definitely one of a kind. The only thing bigger than her skill set, is her heart. J Lynn: On my first time coming here and I was welcomed immediately and so excited with my results. I was immediately relaxed the second my salon lady was cutting my hair. She talked to me which made me so happy and comfortable. She even gave me great advice for my hair, such as vitamins. I adore her! My hair made me feel so gorgeous by the time I was done. For me, it was a confidence booster. My style of haircut was the v-cut with layers. I love it. Also, at the end she showed me two different ways I can style it. So, thankful for that. Lastly, but not least of course, I was complimented by a lady at the desk as I was leaving which boosted my confidence even more. Love this salon and the employees are wonderful! I will visit again!

With her expertise she always made sure my fragile hair....I have reasons due to surgeries that my hair is thinning...that i could achieve a reasonable and healthy result for my hair. Day never takes advantage of people and selflessly stays at Panache way after closing to support her clients. She is sensitive, knowledgeable, talented and artistic...she knows her craft and her clients receive the benefits of her skill. Not sure what else to say, but Day is so great.
