Illest Nena'Spot: I'm just going to start off by saying I'm sad to read all these negative ignorant aggressive comments. I've come to this office for 8 years now. The staff is so helpful and the doctor is great at his job given he isn't the most sweetest doctor but he knows how to do his job. He plays no games and gives you the help you need even gives you the refferals you need for any concerns you may have. The staff is so nice and they are just doing their job. They are not responsible for your insurance changes and much less for appointment you do not set up on time. This is the only clinic that offers walk ins on east Palmdale. That alone is a bonus . They come in at 830am and open doors at 9am . With that said if you need a walk in you need to come before 9am because there will be a line and they can only accommodate who's here on time. If you are here at 915am your too late. It's not that they are being rude or mean it's a first come first serve walk in service with limit capacity. This has been the longest review I've ever left anywhere but I had to adress all the negative uninformed comments. They are human they are trying the best they can its an excellent office and if you can't book accordingly or come on time please do not disrespect them. We are living in a worsening medical climate so treat them with human civil respect.

Anthony: Despite the other reviews I haven't had a negative experience with the center since I first took my child for her first shots in December.When I first found this office I asked for a next day appointment and they were able to accommodate me and saw us very quickly the next day. Follow up appointment was delayed a month due to issues with insurance but returning today we found the office had been full of walk-ins. We were given a room as we had an appointment and taken care of thoroughly! Staff is caring and attentive have never felt disrespected or disregarded.
