Logan Ciraky: Brandy might have been the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. she was prompt and helpful on the phone when I called and even better when I got to the store. She was quick in setting up my new phone and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. She certainly deserves a raise at a minimum. If it were up to me, I would make her a manager because she can clearly handle all duties and responsibilities of running a store. And to top it all off, her screen protector application skills are second to none. If you’re a cricket customer in the AV, take the drive to see Brandy. 10/10

When you try to sell someone the $11/month Cricket Plan, don't lead the sales pitch with:"Yo, bro....are you sure you don't want to get the $11/month Cricket Protect? What if someone steals your phone? [I tell him that I've had my phone for like years without a problem] Yeah but you in Lancaster now, someone might come up to you and jack yo phone!!!"I mean, you've got a point, but BRO, seriously?! LOL You lead up with that? If Carmen and David weren't there with you to provide EXCELLENT customer service, this review would have gone to dogs**t.So, BRO...next time....do me a favor. Don't talk to customers like you just finished watching the next sequel to the Fast and Furious movies. Megan Leonard: A few weeks back I came in with my 85 year old grandmother to the east side att. A few months prior she and my mother went to the west side store where some young man confused her and added things to our family plan that made out bill go from 250 to almost 600 a month. We went in to this one to get some help and understanding. Joy was amazing. She took the time to explain our bill and what happened. She helped us get back to a plan that was actually right for my family and treated my grandmother with respect and so much kindness. My grandmother is the original holding of our phone service. She has had it since early att but is at the age where she can't even read the bill. Joy, took the time with her the way no one else had. She was the best customer service, I believe, we have ever had. She cares, is honest and transparent. An amazing person to work with all around. Att should start to teach those young kids how to respect their elders and not lie and cheat for a sale. We will never go back to west side att again.

Jay Larson: After spending 7 hours trying to get the online people on the phone and in chat to figure out how to fix a problem with them sending me the wrong SIM card and updating the ID, the store had to just give me a new number in order for me to at least have some service. Support refused to support the store, but they did the best job they could.

Rudy Mendez: , and he discovered that they used the wrong kind of adhesive for cell phone repairs and some of the glue seeped down to the circuit connectors where side button is as you can see in the picture below. David from D and D Wireless corrected the errors made by iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications by cleaning the connectors and he also replaced the back cover which was damaged due to the wrong adhesive used all for free because he wanted to earn my business, and I am a now a very happy new customer.I will never return to iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications they are crooks, and I will be recommending my co-workers, friends, and family to D and D Wireless for their cell phone repair needs.David is very courteous and professional, and he is willing to help you to the best of his ability. He is truly the best cell phone repair tech in town, and I will always go to him for my cell phone needs. I will be taking my son’s iPhone next week to repair a speaker issue! 😊

Maria Teresa Jimenez: In this Cellphone repair shop, it is a father and son team. Both are named David. David, the son, was the one who fixed my phone. He is such a genius, so knowledgeable. I am so impressed because I thought my phone would not be fixed anymore. My phone got blocked by a certain security app because I forgot to unlock it through a code given by the service provider since I had to transfer my phone plan. The last recourse was to restart or wipe out my phone. And I did not like that because everything I had saved in my phone will be gone or disappear. So I called first and on the day I called, I went over and in 10 minutes, while praying, David fixed my phone. And I only paid $10 for it. Was really happy because I don't have to have it restarted or wiped out. David is highly recommended. 10 stars!
