Their installation professionals are exceptionally skilled, and their work has continually been nothing short of first class. Most recently, Ishmael installed carpet we chose in one bedroom and one closet. Both were done perfectly, and we are so pleased! So we were not concerned so much about saving a few dollars on our installation, but getting quality work that would be attractive and long-lasting. We could not be happier!Georgia helped us in the showroom, and was very quick to understand what we were looking for and point us in the right direction. Then Mike met us at home for measurement and estimating, and was very helpful with further recommendations about the install. We set a date, and the installers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. Not only did they finish quickly, but the installation was flawless. I have been in construction my entire life and I am not easy to please when it comes to work I've done myself in the past, but this was top notch workmanship. Francisco did a great job, and left the house completely clean and neat.We had two rooms done in a medium quality laminate, and had custom base installed as well. It looks great, and we couldn't have asked for more. A first-rate local business.

Rebecca Green: In June of 2022 our house flooded from a burst pipe in the master bath. This happened while we were away for the day so there was extensive damage. It took until Sept to get everything squared away with insurance, mitigation etc and when it was time to rebuild we went with Jack from Carpteria and his team. They all went above and beyond anything we expected and got us back into our home just after Thanksgiving. Our home was a complete rebuild from the floors, cabinets, sinks, paint, shower, bathrooms cabinets, walls, moulding, jambs, doors, etc. The team, Louis and all the guys we so nice, professional, ontime, clean, polite, respectful etc. Jack, Luis and the rest made a stressful situation go smoothly and speedy. We are so thrilled to be back in our home and are beyond satisfied with the work. I highly recommend .

I has Stain master carpet with a warranty and they came in and replaced it all at no charge except installation which is noted in the warranty. The carpet was nine years old and very good quality.
