Nelson Erebe: They helped my mom out in about an hour which I was expecting a longer wait. Guards at the front were helpful and polite! The girl at the window got everything we needed and I managed to have extra time to take my mom out to lunch. Thank you!

Donna Aileen Trovela: I accompanied my Dad yesterday April 19, 2023, in this office so that he can update that he is already a US citizen. We went there as a walk-in past 11 am. We waited just a few minutes for my Dad’s number to be called. The office was very clean and they have a big space for the waiting area. Garcia assisted my Dad. There was some issue with my Dad’s name on his social security record and his name on his US citizenship certificate. Fortunately, we had my Dad’s birth certificate with us, and the issue was resolved. Thank you! Garcia for assisting us.
Raymond Souza: The new location even though they've been there for a while it's nice.. it took an hour to get served I was out by 3:30. The customer service person was helpful and courteous. I like the new change I've been there for at least 5 years at least two Social Security office and it was a nightmare before so whoever's running it now coodles to you congratulations you're doing a great job
