Robert Ortiz: They have been tending to the needs of my golden retrievers first several years. The staff is always very friendly and more importantly, with feelings regarding you and your loved one. Recently, I lost two Golden retrievers due to age. I can't tell you how that feels, but they understood the love I had for my little one's and the emotional challenges of those losses.The doctors and the staff, for me, are fantastic!

I visited the clinic again with an issue with my pet. Still professional etc. I highly recommend this Lancaster Pet Clinic. I wish he worked where I live, in Simi Valley.
Dorothy Gilbert: I picked this place based on all the good reviews and I’m really happy I did. Both receptionists I spoke with were very welcoming and thorough when answering my questions. The vet and assistants were also super helpful in going over what procedures they wanted to do and explaining possible medications. The best part was that I didn’t feel pressured by anyone and I didn’t feel ripped off or like they were suggesting things I didn’t need. In fact, they suggested that I wait on some things until after my upcoming move which made me so comfortable. Their prices are fair and very much worth the service you get. 10/10 would recommend Thank you for taking care of my Panda!

Rebecca Gary: Why do animals only get hurt on Sundays ??? My 18 year old cat stumbled down the stairs. I thought she broke her back or leg as she was dragging her hind legs .I must have called 4 emergency vet's and they told me not to bring my cat in because they were too busy...grrr I called AV, and the receptionist told me to bring my my cat in ...well it was a 2 hour drive to get there . When I got there, the receptionist put me right in a room my cat was wisked away techs and vet kept me informed every step . I was only there for about 4 hours which seriously isn't long considering there were alot of patients. The cost was within a reasonable amount, considering it was a ER vet.Thank you staff for your service on what was a very stressful day for us.

Patricia Boyd: I couldn't get an appt at my vet for over a week. My dog was limping. I was able to walk in at AV Veterinary Center.The staff was kind. The waiting area was comfortable. My dog was able to be seen by the Vet and get medication to help with pain and swelling.

We have since taken two cats there and took chihuahua again with bronchitis caused by living conditions he had been in. He had also been abused. The assistant came up and kissed him on the head before taking him in for treatment. I was so surprised. It made me so happy. He told me he loved animals! I would HIGHLY recommend AV Veterinary Center! Best Veterinary place in Lancaster!

Maria Ballinas: It takes a long time to talk to someone at the reception desk . Sometimes there are one person helping patients and a very long line, so it takes forever to talk to someone. Sometime there is two people at the desk but she is on the phone and she ignores you even tho she knows there is a long line. Other than the waiting and service, I like the doctor very much, he is compassionate and loves his patients.
Michele Schurle: I have been boarding my dogs at North Valley Veterinary Center for years. I love that if anything were to go wrong, the doctors are available to help. My dog Ratchet barks at everybody, but he LOVES Jesse. When Ratchet sees Jesse, he doesn't bark, he jumps into his arms. I never have to worry while I am away because my dogs love to go there for boarding.

So I decided to try this place, and I couldn’t be any happier. The service was top quality, all the staff was really nice and the Vet as well. On top of that they had a promotion for Dental work which brought my bill down. The final cost was a bit higher than the estimated price as more work was done, but over all I am extremely happy I chose this place! From now on this will be my go to Vet.
