JCS In CA: 7 years of outstanding service so far. Best HVAC company in the AV. They installed my current system which was a huge improvement over the last system. 2 minor repairs so far. The first was at the very end of the 5 year maintenance plan so it cost me nothing. The second was yesterday and it was on a Saturday they came within 8 hours and fixed it for very little. Works great again. When this system finally dies I'll be calling JLC to replace it. It's hard to find reliable honest service nowadays but JLC is a team you can trust. Andrew Tope: I am very impressed with this company. I met the owner when i repaired one of his work trucks at my work. I called his company to inquire about a new Condenser, evaporator, and heating unit. I was looking to find a unit that would cool my house faster and save money in the process. I was recommended two different units. One is a 14SEER and the other a 16SEER. I was given pros an cons on both. I was never pressured into buying a more expensive unit than I was looking for. I was really worried about being pressured into buying more than I needed and they did not do that to me. I called another HVAC company in town and I was quoted 3500 dollars more than JLC quoted me, and it was a 14SEER. So JLC was able to get me a 16SEER for 3500 less than a 14 from the competitor. They masked off my closet and hallway to keep dirt from shoes of my carpet and walls and were very nice to my wife who stayed home to let the workers into the house. The fan on the condenser is quiet and cools the house faster than my old unit. I am still waiting to see the energy savings but hope it can knock of 6 dollars per day. Tamara Taylor: Over the weekend our AC was leaking water under the floor warping it and needed service quickly. Called Monday morning and Betty got us in 48 hours later. We had no idea what was wrong or needed. The technician was there over 2 hours early, diagnosed and fixed the problems and was out the door in less than an hour. $65 later we have our AC fixed. JLC Air is the ONLY AC business I trust anymore. The technician could have told us anything but it's not the way they operate. K F: Ace Air conditioning was sent out to my house through my home warrenty service. I was having problems with my swamp cooler. The person who set up the appointment was friendly. The technician was prompt and courteous. He was able to repair the problem and he did it in a timely manner. He answered my all of my questions as well. The swamp cooler is now performing perfectly! Highly recommend this company.

Shortly after I purchased my home in 2010 I decided to change out my air conditioning and heating system to energy efficient. I called ACE and spoke with Dean. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. At that time there were several different rebates, etc and Dean was so helpful he even got all the paper work ready for me so that I could take advantage of all the savings.One Sunday I could not get my air conditioner to work. I called Dean. He just so happened to be in my area when I called and even though it was his day off he swung by my home real quick. It ended up being something I had messed with on my thermostat that caused the problem. It took him 5 seconds to figure it out and he left without charging me. In my opinion Dean is an excellent business man.
BG Management: We had ac problem, this is a renal house, I called ACE, Jocelyn scheduled the service right away, the tech arrived on time, very professional and friendly, they know what they are doing. They tech did several tests, and tried all kinds way to fix it. They ordered the parts immediately, follow up with me for coming back to complete it.This office makes the ac repair so smooth and so easier, couldn't like them more!Highly recommend this office to anyone!

Deborah Docherty: My rooftop heating and air were old 45 years and failed within 6 months of each other. Econo West replaced it for a lower price than all I checked. They craned it to my roof without a hitch from a long distance. It was fully installed in 3 hours. We have been having an extended heat wave and suddenly the unit did not work. I called late on that day and the polite and safe technician was out by 9am the next day, The unit was fine, it just threw a safety switch, which was reset for free. Unknown reason, but I know when anything happens Econo will be there quick and cheap.

The A/C unit they put in then, is running like a top 10 years later!So why am I writing a review today 8/2/23!The 2nd unit came to a grinding halt in the 106F heatwave. They did not install it originally. They saved me over $6000.00 today by locating a new motor and installing it plus gave it a tune up!They have saved customer 12,000.00 for new units. Dell Goodrick: I got a couple of estimates for replacing my old AC/FAU/Furnace.Affordable Air gave me 3 options on the spot. I scheduled the install for 2 weeks later. They were very communicative leading up to it.The crew was on time, very professional and courteous. Each technician performing their specific tasks & cleaning up after themselves. Everything was tested & cleaned. I was walked through the connection process for the remote thermostat app and the AC was up & cranking!The install was about 6 hours. Duane Rumsey: I've known for a few years that I would need a full system replacement but I kept it hobbling along. This summer my original system finally gave out. I asked a retired pro in the business what to do and who to call and I was referred to AM & PM Air Conditioning-Heating Service - Thanks Joe! Rick and Henry are very responsive. They told me exactly what I needed. They gave me a clear and easy to read estimate. They gave me the timeframe that it would take to get the new equipment. Henry and his crew showed up when Henry said they would and they replaced both my heater and my AC. Now I have a spanking new system that is quiet and smooth. That's important to me because my old system was loud and vibrated my house so much that it always felt like an earthquake. The new system is awesome and of high quality. Also, they charged an extremely fair price that included the equipment and labor. If you want to know how pleased I am with Henry and the crew at AM & PM - well, this is my very first ever review of any business. Having a unit that uses my water heater for heat instead of the usual gas turned other repairmen away but the AM & PM professionals knew exactly the problem and were able to easily communicate it to me so I could make an informed decision based on the options available. Sam: These guys are absolutely amazing! They've been doing routine maintenance on my evaporative cooler for a year and a half now, and my cooler is in great condition. They're always on time, very friendly and professional! They even came out after hours when my cooler was leaking and fixed the problem quickly. They always tell me if there's an issue, and fix it right there if I need! They're also very well priced. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my evaporative cooler.
