Office staff were polite and efficient in getting our storage unit selected and for everything to get setup. The facility is at an easy location to get into & out of. It is also clean and well-lighted.

Brent and the other lady at the front were awesome. Super helpful and very friendly. Just wanted to make sure we were taken care of and happy.

Evan at the front desk has been very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

It is a very pleasant experience to deal with the Irvine Storage management team, Brent and Evan. They are so friendly and helpful to the customers that make me feel very comfortable in the rental process.
