It is a very pleasant experience to deal with the Irvine Storage management team, Brent and Evan. They are so friendly and helpful to the customers that make me feel very comfortable in the rental process.

Everyone in the office was really friendly and made the rental process so easy. They went over the size and price of all the units we were interested. Definitely happy with everything so far.

"Everyone needs to check their storage. There are thieves that are drilling into everyone's locks and putting their locks in so it doesn't look like something is wrong. There's not enough cameras and this this storage facility is no longer safe. Management should call everyone to check on their locks. Especially they know this is happening and file with Irvine PD."

"I absolutely love my storage unit at Life Storage. This facility is safe, immaculate and conveniently located. Surveillance camera, key gate and key elevator, and cameras temperature controlled. The store manager, David, is a shining example of being an example of being a worker among workers. He is top notch friendly keeps the store very clean. David is helpful and friendly. I am a senior citizen, and I’m disabled, and I have felt very welcome here."
