My overall experience with Fairhaven Memorial was amazing. As a young widow I had so much to take on and when I met Ashley and Patty, they assured me I would be in the best care. They were absolutely right. I was treated like family and I was never rushed with any decisions that were needed which I think is worth noting. From the initial phone consult to the day of the service, I was treated with compassion and open arms. My husband's memorial was a beautiful tribute to his life. I thank Ashley and the team because without them I would not have been able to pull off such an intimate and personalized memorial. I am forever grateful.

The staff at Fairhaven Memorial made the internment and memorial for my father memorable. I appreciated that I didn't have to do all the heavy lifting myself. My funeral director, Sean Francis, guided me through the process, letting me know what to expect, and also carrying much of the preparation burden himself. The process itself can be daunting, with so many decisions you weren't prepared for, but Sean and the staff made it seamless for me. The staff was always professional, understanding and friendly, so it was very easy and comforting to work with them.
