We love Fitness Factory. This martial arts school is really amazing for a lot of reasons. They offer different kinds of classes. The instructors really know what they r doing, especially Master K. He makes it fun to learn Tae Kwon do. My three kids look forward to going everyday and they r all different ages from 4(boy) to 7(girl) to 18(girl). The other wonderful thing about this place is that they have family classes so the whole family can be in the same class so u can start and be done at the same time. Very convenient! Plus it's neat, clean and well managed. On top of all this, I feel my kids r more focused, well mannered and healthier all thanks to Master k!

This is an excellent martial arts studio. My son and I have been going here for three years, and my youngest daughter just started as well. Master K is the best teacher. Not only is he incredibly patient, but he is also relatable to kids and parents alike. I appreciate how he can break down difficult kicks/moves into simpler steps, and how he mixes up the activities/exercises in class to keep things fun and interesting. He teaches traditional Taekwondo, but also incorporates self-defense, weapons (nunchucks and Kali sticks), and fitness. I leave class feeling energized and fit and tough. I love being able to share this with my kids, too, and watch them grow stronger. It’s a great bonding experience. Master K also teaches a Kickboxing class for teens/adults on Tuesday and Thursday nights. It’s a combination of Thai street fighting, self-defense, and fitness. So much fun! The class started recently and we’re learning the basics right now, but I look forward to becoming a real badass ...
