I appreciate how this class is just as much of a cardio challenge as it is a weightlifting one. I loved the variety of equipment and machines incorporated into the sequencing. Amy is encouraging and great at giving instructions. She also will advise participants who can handle more challenging work how to make the movement more advanced.
