It’s a great community, but I wish there are some authentic locks that will be great. It will be much convenient for people. I like the rooftop is very comfortable.

The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond my requests.Besides, I love different kinds of events organized by leasing office sometimes. Such as Halloween Pumpkins Carving Contest, Pet Photos Contest, etc. loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Great place to live and have a family. The staff members are kind and amazing to communicate with. For years we have been provided with great services by Shea’s management. We felt at home every/each day, Specially the maintenance staff, Robert-Christopher & other staff members have and has been working hard for years to make this place and community better for residents. I have been living at Woodbrige for about 3 years now and the maintenance team, specially Robert, have been extremely attentive to my concerns or needs for repairs. They typically can get issues resolved for me within 24 hours from being notified which is amazing! Robert shows genuine care and compassion for the residents here, always goes above and beyond, never disappoints!

I moved to the apartment complex at the end of January 2023 and the maintenance and office staff have been excellent. They have been attentive, kind and caring towards anything I have needed help with.

Maintenance people here have a lot of experience and very professional. They handle repairs efficiently and the work is always well done. If you want to learn something, you can alway ask and get a lot of tips that helps tremendously.

Ive been living here for 4 years and its been very nice. Ive recently asked to remodel my apartment and they did it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this place. Its very green and close to everything. Staff has always been amazing and very friendly as well.

We have had Roberts Woodbridge team come to our Woodbridge apartment we have been in for just under 5 years. He and his team did an amazing job with our hardwood floors and new kitchen counter tops as well as installing new blinds and cleaning up the paint that needed to be done. As soon as we came home it was like brand new apartment with no mess. Extremely clean , I can’t tell you how happy we our with the team, apartment and all there wonderful hard work!!!
