Luis provided color samples to assist in choosing stains. His one man team, Juanito, is also amazing. First Day- confirmed stain color, prep areas and sanded floors. Uncovered great WHITE OAK floors. Luis suggested to omit stain and apply clear instead no additional charge. Second day- repairs, replaced damaged planks,and finishes. LOVE LOVE My Floors. The grains are beautiful.
