This grinder is a horse! I did 200#s and it didn't slow down a bit. Now, when it came to stuffing, every 20 pounds she shut down and the after about 10 minutes it would go at it again. Good food grade product. I bought it for mixing small batches of flour. Works great and holds 15 lbs of flour nicely. The crank speeds down to make it easier to mix thick or heavy batches. Seems like a 3:1 gear reduction. Excellent inlet mixer for food grade production. If you want to get more involved with food grade work, this is a great place to start. Very easy to clean.
