I've come to this store multiple times in the past two weeks and every time 1) I'm greeted immediately and ask what help I need, 2) I have all my questions answered by very knowledgable and friendly employees, 3) I have an easy time finding items and colors, since the store is clean and very organized, and 4) I have had 4 color matches for paint that was fast, easy, and perfectly matched. This is why I go to this store instead of the other one closer to me.

We’ve been to 3 other stores in the area with good experiences, but the Hayward store has especially exceptional staff. I was so grateful to have them guide us through the process and all the different tape options (who knew there were so many kinds of masking tape…) and every employee from the senior to junior staff showed pride in their store and job. One of the most positive interactions I’ve had with any organization this past year.
