Hi, my name is John Kim and I am the co-founder of Shed Mania during 2020. This idea actually came about right after I built a she-shed for my wife during the time of the pandemic. My partner and I are real estate investors in the bay area, unlike other flippers, we are very much a hands-on with our contractors from start of the project to finish. We take pride in our attention to detail of our completed renovations.

Right before pandemic hit, we were working on several high-end projects in the Oakland area. After those properties were sold, we decided to change gear and stick with the median priced homes. That gave us more time to work on other business ventures and my wife convinced me to launch Shed-Mania.
