4worldlovers: I’m Chris Rodriguez. I help high-achieving women and people of color rediscover their soul-full self through artful and mind-body practices.

If you’ve lost your way, joy, and passion for life, I’m here to support you. To balance that which is out of balance, with mindset shifts, movement, and an artful approach to coaching. It can get exhausting for high-achieving women and black and brown bodies maneuvering through corporate space. The expectation to perform, mute your voice, or hide your essence can make you lose yourself. Working with Stanford fellows and Google teams, I’ve witnessed how passionate yet tired these individuals are. Losing purpose and drive doesn’t have to come with the paycheck.

Chris is an amazing coach in all regards! He is thoughtful, considerate, patient, and knows how to really get to the soul of things to help his clients improve their lives. I love how he combines movement and life coaching--the body is so often neglected but he teaches us how to work with it and use it as a powerful tool for self connection and growth.

The Soul-Life Balance Course that I took with Chris was a big reminder on being intentional about how I show up for myself and my loved ones. It's essentially an 8-week plan to transforming your habits, relationships, and environment. Chris walked us through each week and gave us practical tools on how to implement things. I look forward to trying more offerings and courses from Chris in the future.
