I've been using the 5 professional knives on my Epicurean cutting boards since they were sharpened by Steven at Taylors' in Sierra Madre last Friday. They perform better than when I bought them! Saw a reel on Instagram about LA Knife Sharpening and looked him up. He happened to be in my area two days later and he did a great job sharpening two of my Benchmade knives and an older Kershaw I had. One of the Benchmade knives had the tip missing and he did a great job bringing the edge back. Will definitely be looking out for him again. Thanks Steven.
