Gypsy Camp Ethnic Arts Center is located in Los Angeles on Motor Avenue halfway between Sony Studios and Fox Studios, conveniently near the Palms station on the Metro Expo Line. The studio serves the West Los Angeles area including the communities of Palms, Cheviot Hills, Rancho Park, Culver City, Century City, Beverly Hills, Mar Vista and Santa Monica.


In 1986 the Gypsy Folk Ensemble opened the Gypsy Camp Ethnic Arts Center in West Los Angeles to serve as our business office, our rehearsal space, and as a venue for the folk and world dance community in the Los Angeles area. With its single dance floor, Gypsy Camp offers teachers, students and groups a private, comfortable space for dance rehearsals, classes and workshops in a variety of dance styles.


If you are a teacher looking for studio space, Gypsy Camp is a great rental venue for classes, rehearsals or intimate performances. The Arts Center is used by the local community for classes, exhibitions, performances and private events.
