The owner of PD Building Supplies is a helpful gentleman. Like others have said before, being honest, offering good prices, good customer service are his business philosophies. Stumbled upon his shop, I’m happy with the results and would choose to come back again.

We ordered luxury vinyl planks from here. They have the colors Home Depot don't. The owner is friendly, and helpful. Not all of building material supply stores allow return. This store does. If you don't have a contractor yet, ask the owner for Danny Long Tran (very professional, honors, and hard working). Be careful with a handyman name Cong Nguyen.

4worldlovers: I attempted to make a return at this Home Depot from a defective item and the ASSistant Manager Wendy F. without knowledge of the situation and with an unfriendly attitude dismiss my complaint. I'll never shop at this HD again.

I always read other people comments and experiences. I never had a bad experience in the Gardena Home Depot. Them gals work hard maybe others should be decent and approach them like humans.

I came in to get a heater and I was helped from the desk to the front to the cashiers

Home Depot sold and shipped us the wrong item that was packed in a large wooden crate marked with the information and a picture of the the right item. Manager Elaine blamed the problem on us for not breaking open the crate and double checking it. She was also rude to us. Manager Earl was supposed to call us back...no call. Don't count on this store to do it's job.

Awesome experience with Cashier Saidy..She went out and abound in assisting me with all items I needed for my kitchen sink and shower know. She assisted with with excellent customer skills and knowledgeable about the parts I needed. THD Gardena please keep Associates like Cashier Saidy working in you'll store.
