In addition, we replaced with porcelain tile the carpeting on our stairs, upstairs hallway and our three bedrooms. We also removed the floor to ceiling tile for a fireplace which was replaced with new tile. PDC Interiors, a sub of our general contractor, performed most excellent work! PDC's Anibal Reyes coordinated the job perfectly and with a professionalism not often seen. After I selected the tile and stone, he secured the best price and insured that the samples I had were exactly what was ordered: no color deviation. A computer-generated CAD system laid out the tile and finish pieces, so he knew exactly how much to order. The CAD system also provided a heads-up for any possible design issues that could be resolved prior to install. Finally, the design also served as the blueprint for the installers so there was never any question on how the tile would be laid out and installed. Nathan supervised the installation and provided a few manufacturers' grout samples, so I had more than enough to choose from. He also helped me decide on grout color when decision making proved difficult. His background and experience with color was a valuable asset. The installers are truly craftsmen. I used a variety of tiles including small accent tiles and large pieces. The work included much honing, which can be tedious and time consuming. The end result was perfect. The installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Finally, everyone's patience was truly appreciated. I had a small niche in a shower that when tiled, I just didn't like the way the color of the accent tile looked with reference to the entire tub/shower area. I told Anibal I needed it out and re-done with another tile. I really felt badly, but I just didn't like the color. He said, "absolutely no problem" and took care of the issue. The customer service throughout the entire project remained at the highest level throughout the re-model. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend PDC Interiors and specifically Anibal Reyes, Nathan and their installers for any tile work needed in your home or office.

We had new downstairs hardwood flooring installed. The following is our feedback on the performance of PDC personnel in accomplishing the flooring replacement. Our sales representative throughout the project was Lynn Sweigard. Lynn was very professional and knowledgeable. Beyond that, he was helpful beyond sales. He supported the project through completion. Most sales disappear after contract signing. Any issue that came up such as scheduling, Lynn was always present trouble-shooting and considered things from our point-of-view. When Lynn gave his word, he always lived up to it. In over thirty years, we have not experienced a sales rep as professional as Lynn. Our installer was Mark, being blunt, Mark is not an installer. He is an old-style craftsman that demands perfection in his work and anyone that 'touches his floor' or the foundation and materials used in the reconstruction. I noticed that even in the subfloor, Mark used the finest grade material. No cut corners anywhere! His eye in wood placement is more akin to that of an artist. He takes extreme pride in his workmanship and is justified in doing so. Mark was determined to make us happy every step of the way, which he did beyond our expectations. My only complaint is that I've been spending way too much time staring at our beautiful new floors once Mark finished! Anibal Reyes did just that, with cabinets that close softly, rolling drawers for pans and lids, choosing a smaller dishwasher that allowed space for a rolling trash drawer. A lazy susan in the dead space corner. The demo went quickly and efficiently. The choices I made for dishwasher, microwave and faucet were delivered timely and were ready for installation along with the quartz countertop with a side waterfall. I have enjoyed the efficiency and decor of my completed kitchen.
