I Went into this store and asked a employee for a front caliper repair on a jetson bolt pro, after he told me that it was not repairable he offered a replacement I accepted and man, this part that they installed can STOP the bike. Reasonable price too, 5 out of 5 Stars.

Got this bike last June and I love to ride with my wife on her scooter, to look for yard sales. A month ago the controler quit powering the motor so I brought it into M & M to get me out of doing myself. I no longer had the tools to do the job and Mike and his team did an amazing job in a short amount of time. Most importantly for a great price. Try them if you have e-bike trouble. You won’t regret. I stumbled across the Motion Madness Pismo Beach location when I was shopping for a new e-bike. I thought it was strange that the address was in a residential neighborhood, but I decided to call and see if I could make an appointment. Mike picked up and was able to meet me within 30 minutes! Not only does he operate the business out of a tidy garage but he lives in a lovely neighborhood with amazing ocean views; it's located halfway up a huge hill, which is a great place to test out the power of the bike. I'm 5' 11" and 250lbs, I NEED a bike with plenty of power. He had a wide range of e-bikes to show me and was so knowledgeable about all their different features. He answered my questions and encouraged me to try them out- I must have tried 7 different bikes! I ended up buying the Hemiway Step-Thru Cruiser (17.5Ah Battery, 750 Watt motor).
