This is the second time I’ve used AFC urgent care. The first time my experience was wonderful so I thought OK this is the test my second time will it still be wonderful? And yes it was. First thing is you can register online for an appointment. You get to the facility 10 minutes prior to your appointment and the front office staff checks you in and is extremely courteous and kind. The wait time is not long, then you’re called to the back for your appointment. The nurse takes your vitals and the doctor comes in ask you a few questions and makes their assessment and gives you what you need. Also, the facility is very clean. I asked them today can you just be my primary due to my doctor has a 10 day wait. I AFC

Check in was fast and easy without an appointment. Afforadble if no health insurance. Staff was very nice and friendly. Clean facility. Wait time to be seen by the doctor didn't seem long. I almost went in feeling embarrassed with my condition but the staff positive energy and vibe made me comfortable to be there. I was recommended by a family member to go here even though I had to drive 25 mins but it was worth. Would definitely recommend and go there again! Thank you!

My daughter was seen quickly her provider, Kendall, listened to her concerns. When we ran into an issue with her medications, Belinda the office manager, was very helpful with resolving the issue solution. The whole office is very friendly and professional.

I took my lil girl (4-almost) in there to be seen. I thought she might have broke her nose after falling face first. We were seen fast, the MA's from front to back were awesome And the provider was great with her. Dr Kendall knew just how to keep her calm and even understood my daughter's explanation of her ouchies. After a long day's work I was glad to be in and out of there within an hour and a half. Thank you Dr Kendall, Bionce and Cassidy.

This place is cool, clean, and very professional. I saw a mini fridge in the waiting room but it was empty, I suppose maybe it's cold water bottles for guests and patients?

I went to St. Agnes and United Health Care Fresno and it was horrible, lacking professionalism. AFC Urgent Care has better service and care. The staff was nice and professional.

I went here on Saturday for a severe burn on my hand and they were absolutely amazing! They were kind and made sure they gave me everything I needed to continue to take care of the burn.

I just moved here so I don’t have a doctor yet. Coming to AFC was a great place to come for a quick problem. They are fast and super friendly and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

Took my mom here for the first time. It was close to home and the office hours were perfect. The paperwork was easy and quick to fill out. This office is very clean and well kept. Dr. Klug and staff are all very professional and nice. I've had to go a few times for myself and baby and every time I was completely satisfied.
