Established in 1974, RCS Fresno’s purpose is to provide a pathway to healing for victims of sexual assault and raising awareness to prevent the occurrence of sexual violence. In 2019, RCS Fresno provided crisis intervention, advocacy and therapeutic services to over 1,700 victims.
