There’s a way to speak to guests of people that pay their rent! The guy in the office spoke to me with so much disrespect, he had no right to! I immediately went to the office to warn the office that if he spoke to me like that again then we would have problems. The young lady was nice & listened to my complaints. Get your staff together!

We are looking forward to moving in and Kat has really helped us out in the process and hope for a great future at Glenn Acres!

Tim the maintenance man is such a good help ,he always makes sure the park looks nice and clean and he’s always giving me understandable details when I have questions ,him and Annamarie the manager are always such a good help and they always react quickly to problems the park has ,the park has just been so much better since they both got here

This review is for the great customer service we received on a Saturday morning from Nayelli. For not having an appointment she was very welcoming to make time and squeeze us in and was awesome to work with! She was patient, thorough, professional and very kind. If you are looking for apartments I highly suggest a tour with her.

I have been living here for past 1,1/2 yrs. This place is clean, well lighted and welcoming. I moved in here with my pets (kids)and we found this place welcoming. The laundry is clean, parking and common areas are clean and also people here are like neighborhood watch. Sense of respect is here and also the manager is very active. The current ( only manager I know here) Ms. Kim is top of her game. Delivery packages to Food delivery she keeps an eye and I love my house. Someday I will have to relocate, this place will always be in my heart and memories.
