Dr. Tsoi specializes in diagnostic, preventative and interventional cardiology. Dr. Tsoi's primary hospital practice is at Washington Hospital in Fremont, Ca. where he has been the Chair of the Cardiology Section from 2003 to 2009. He has been Co-director for the Critical Care Unit at Washington Hospital starting in 2009. Presently he is serving as Chief of Staff - elect and will become Chief of Staff of Washington Hospital in July 2017. He serves on numerous hospital committees and projects including Lean project, Epic physician's steeirng, cardiac catheterization lab operations, clinical evaluation committee and internal medicine committee.
