Nittra Foreman has been the Executive Chef at Papillon Restaurant for almost 40 years. She received her formal culinary education at Tante Marie, San Francisco; continuing training with Traci des Jadin of Rubicon, San Francisco; Suzette Grish of Acquerello, San Francisco; and Barbara Viqueora, Victor’s San Francisco. Ms. Foreman’s Asian background in the culinary arts gives dimension to her creativity.
