The celebration of Pride, in its purest form, emerged from the desire to be heard and seen as equals, to radiate love and acceptance, and to gather together as a community.

We invite you to meet us on the mat for a special Pride event that centers on opening the heart and cultivating joy and radiant nature. Yoga, rooted in union, inspires us to come together within ourselves using the mind, body, and breath, as well as in community to share space in authenticity, equality, and visibility. The class will begin with a breathing practice focused on shedding layers and opening the heart. We will then progress to a flow and movement practice to help us find grace in effort as we tap into the heart center, the seat of joy and compassion, and will wrap up in a restorative and meditative practice to seal the practice together.

Sitting for tea has been ceremoniously done for centuries to share communal space and also to attune into one’s self.

As our external world shifts to the ripening of summer, we invite you to join us in sitting for tea to attune ourselves to the changing of the seasons and the integration of one’s self to both internal and external community. This special offering will begin with a special tea ceremony to engage our senses in listening and experiencing the internal ebb and flow of being, and will progress to a deeply restorative practice for an immersive body experience.
